By making peanut butter soup for under $20, I was able to treat 12 people to dinner. Part of what I had to do to acheive this was to buy a quarter pound of grass-fed beef 1/4 for about $6. It all comes down to how you shop and knowing how to prepare cheap but highly healthy food.

How you eat your food matters
However, preparing a healthy food for cheap isn’t all that you have to do. How you eat matters too.
Try not to eat too large a portion at a time. If your food is filled with heathy ingredients, eating a small portion will be stisfying.
Another thing I advise is to chew your food as much as you can. Chewing your food is excellent for your health as it helps to activate all the enzyme for digestion. This helps to reduce the digestive work your body has to do and reduce indigestion which can be sign of infllammation.
Also, if you can eat uncooked, fresh vegetables. For instance I eat fresh broccoli with my peanut butter sauce and it’s very tasty and satisfying.
But living healthy doesn’t stop at what you eat.
Add some morning rituals
By morning ritual I mean excercises. For me, I do some stretches and yoga breathing exercises every morning.
On days when I don’t have to go to work in the morning I do jumping jack, typically three sets of 30 depending on the time I have.
I also have a little trampoline so sometimes I do rebounding and jump since I don’t have time to go to the gym every day. Still I make sure every day I do my workout at home.
In the end we don’t have to spend too much to take care of ourselves. Sometimes take the time to appreciate nature in all its beauty.
Remeber, you don’t need to buy too much food. Instead buy quality food and take the time to clean and cook it. Do what works for you but make sure it’s healthy.
