Let’s face it:
We all have accumulated toxins in our body from all the bad food we eat and the chemicals we are exposed to in our environment.
And toxins are responsible for various conditions including incessant fatigue, headaches and so on.
What then can we do to detoxify?
In my experience I have found water fasting as the most effective way to get rid of accumulated toxin in the body.
Even all the religion in the world agree on (which almost never happens) the healing power of fasting. Combined with green vegetable fasting water fasting can work wonders.
Here’s my simple process for water fasting
When I do my water fasting I eat one solid meal a day. That can be a salad or something healthy and very light, and I eat it between 3 to 5 p.m.
I don’t eat anything until the next day at the same time but I do drink a lot of water. At least one gallon of spring water a day.
While I have seen great result with this system I often do it and juice my green vegetables.
And if I’m craving sugar badly, I just have a tiny piece of pear. That’s what I do.
However, you need to find what works for you and don’t overwhelm yourself. If you’ve never fasted or you are not used to doing it, that’s ok.
You can just start by fasting 4 hours in one day, once a week. Then you can slowly train your body and prepare it for long hours and days of fasting.
If you’re used to fasting, I recommend 3 days a week for a month or more depending on your needs. The most important part is for you to keep trying until you get it right.
Believe me, doing water fasting for three days a week will change your life for the best. It will rejuvenate you and give you clearer skin. It will give you greater energy and clarity.
