I want to share with you why having a morning ritual is vital to staying healthy.
After my recovery from surgery, I realized it was difficult for me to get off my bed. I was sluggish, and I had to deal with body ache.
Being a single mother of five running a business I knew I needed to do something. There was no way I could stay that way.
I started waking up early doing some self-care and random body movements, with breathing technique. I realized that the more I do it, the more energy I had. In a few months, it had become part of me.
My creativity improved and I started writing my early morning pages. These morning routines did contribute to my health, and my self renews process.
So having a morning routine enriches you and gives you physical and mental alertness to become more productive and focused.
