Indigestion is one of the common symptoms of inflammation. However, I have created my simple way to stay healthy and to feel better
So today I want to share my simple natural way to deal with indigestion related to bad food. Some of the symptoms I feel when experiencing indigestion are:
Symptoms of indigestion
so when I’m dealing with heartburn most of the time I think:
- Bloated
- Have acid reflux
- Gassy
- Headaches
- And constipation
How I tackle Indigestion
First, I cut off all cooked and heavy food including carbs, sugar, and dairy animal product.
I would typically go on water fasting. I drink a gallon of spring water a day. I drink water throughout the day every 30 minutes to one hour.
Also. I juice organic green vegetables and here are my main ingredients:
Celery
Kale
Cucumber.
I juice them and drink every 2 hours to make sure I don’t starve.
If I crave sure, I usually have pears. It is sweet and soothing for your immune system.
On top of that, I also have a small trampoline. I do spend three 5 to 10 minutes, four times a day.
When you jump on a small trampoline or any, you release gas. so
Most of the time it can make you have a bowel movement right away, and you’ll be releasing the gas.
These steps are comfortable and helpful to activate your system.
The second day I do raw soup. If I have to cook, I steam some of the vegetables. The soups to infuse a lot of fiber in my system so I can keep flushing my system and having bowel movements four or five times a day.
