Excess toxins in your body weaken your immune system and make you susceptible to inflammation.
The good news is you can fight back by improving the quality of your diet and practicing body movement.
The quality of your food and body movement can help reduce the effect that inflammation has on your body.
I would know. I’ve been battling inflammation for over a decade when I decided to take action and make changes in my life.
How to reduce inflammation in your body with food
The first thing I did was to increase my water intake. When I started, I was drinking only two, 16 ounces bottle of water a day.
I was not a water drinker at all, but I challenged myself to double this to four bottles a day.
I did it within a week and kept increasing my water intake, and now I am at one gallon a day.
Although I do juices, smoothies a lot but I still drink my water, one gallon a day. So I recommend you to take baby steps by increasing your water intake as part of your daily diet.
Second, I go for fresh green vegetable in my daily diet. When I started, I didn’t like too much
Vegetable. I liked lettuce a lot, so I started by just making a salad.
You don’t have to take away any food in your diet right now. It’s about improving the quality
of food, so your body will be able to manage cravings.
Third, a high content of fiber is right for your stomach. You will need to be able to have a bowel movement (aka pooping) at least three times a day.
If that doesn’t happen in a day, it’s time to speed up the fiber intake. I recommend the flax seeds — also papaya. Papaya is the king of the fruit. I also recommend the broccoli – they are outstanding. They work like the broom in your stomach; they sweep out everything.
You could also integrate pineapple in your daily diet. It is a potent fruit that contains bromelain. Bromelain is a powerful enzyme that fights inflammation. Adding fermented vegetables or fermented aloe vera, or kombucha to your diet to support the good bacteria in your system which can make you healthy and help you fight excess toxin entering the
Body.
Don’t also forget to add good fat to your diet to speed up your metabolism and rejuvenate you. I recommend avocados but don’t eat them by themselves. You can cut them in your salads.
Switch your cooking oil from vegetable oil because it contains high omega-6 which can trigger inflammation. You can replace it with avocado oil or olive oil. These foods have made my life journey easy.
By adding these healthy foods to your diet, you increase your chances of finding what works for you.
How to reduce inflammation in your body with body movements
Another thing I also recommend to reduce inflammation in your body while improving the quality of your diet is body movement.
By doing some simple body movements in the morning, even while still in bed will rejuvenate your body.
You could try to stretch or any light exercise you can handle. You don’t have to push yourself too much. Your goal is to get better every day applying these tips.
