In this part, I want to share with you how to get rid of toxins in your body that make you feel constantly tired.
These toxins in your body are due to bad food and exposure to chemicals. To rid your body of toxins, you need to:
Listen to your body: you have to pay attention to the fact that your body is crying out for help.
Start the cleanup process immediately: to this you need to activate all your toxin scanners including your urinary tract by drinking a lot of water.
Also, you need to activate bowel movements. You need to have at least four to five bowel movements a day. The key is to est fiber: for example pineapples and pawpaw.
Then get on a trampoline. It will also help activate bowel movement.
Next, do body movements. Simple stretches on your bed for 5 minutes will get you going. You also want to get on the floor and so three sets of ten jumping jacks.
The point is to do some exercises. Go to the gym if you have a membership.
Apply self-care: do aromatherapy bath, scrub your body, go for a massage, and do oil pulling. And don’t forget to connect with your inner self. Meditate and do your positive acclamation.
