Here’s why you constantly feel tired:
You have so much waste accumulated in your body.
Let me explain.
Your digestive system is designed to breakdown the food you eat into two parts:
- The good
- And the bad.
The good goes back into your bloodstream to nourish your cell system. But the bad is supposed to exit as waste.
However, we often overload our digestive system with bad food that is difficult to digest as either good or bad. Sometimes some of the toxins from bad food end up in our bloodstream and cause harm.
And sometimes the effect of toxins in your body is manifested as the feeling of fatigue or constant tiredness that hurts your productivity.
Sources of toxins in the body
Stress: We live in a society where there is so much pressure which makes us feel tired.
Environmental pollution: the water we drink and the air we are constantly exposed continuously full of chemicals that get into our system
Household cleaning products: these are often loaded with chemicals. We can try to minimize.
Beauty products and hair extensions are also sources of toxins that eventually get into our bodies.
The food we eat. As we try to eat the traditional way of three times a day, our breakfast, and even lunch, are filled with processed foods that contain a lot of chemicals our digestive system may find challenging handle. For instance, pancakes, biscuits, processed bread, meat sausage, pasta, rice etc.
It takes up to eighteen hours for our body to breakdown grains. It takes our body 3-7 days to process animal product such as meat.
All these come to weaken our bodies and make us feel excessively tired.
I have been there and I still struggle with these things so I came up with my own solution to reduce toxins that go into my body and make me feel tired.
Here’s my three-step process to renew your body and beat constant fatigue.
