Today I want to share with you why many people struggle with staying healthy, and the difference prevention can make.

My Secret
I keep myself healthy by using the elimination style which is removing all the wrong food.
Most of the food I grew up eating, or I was eating was causing me to be sick. I didn’t know what to eat. I was starving. That’s how I started looking for another solution and being creative.
I started a prevention process to help me explore new food. It was an adventure, but it did work.
I also started mindful eating which is ensuring that the food I ate was balanced enough, so it doesn’t stay too long in my body.
I activated all the detox channels in my body by making sure I visited the bathroom at least 3 to 4 times a day.
And oh it worked like magic.
That’s why I want you to open your mind about the food you’re eating to know how it affects your body.
When you do, you’d be able to know the food that is good for your body.
I also started taking my spiritual life seriously. It involved meditation, body movements, and positive acclamation. So that’s what I do — a balance between the physical and spiritual.

Adopting a preventive approach has helped me discover new food to create my personalized diet.
On the other hand, it has opened my awareness to mindful eating. It helped me survive inflammation all through these years and has kept me healthy and happier.
