I want to share with you a simple way to listen to your body and take action with the feedback received.
In 2007 during my battle of inflammation, I was given three months to live if I didn’t get medical treatment.
When I got the news that day I remember coming back home with a very intense headache. I couldn’t sleep. I was on my bed and felt lost and didn’t know what to do.
I was just praying. I remember the first question I asked: I said what do you want to do? I was lost. I said whatever it is I surround myself to you please guide me, lead me and take all pain away from me.
That was my prayer. I didn’t realize I was holding to my head because of the intense pain. I was just massaging my head and moving literally all the way behind my ears. For the first time, I was able to really touch my body at a deeper level.
That was the first time I made a deep connection with my inner self paying attention to my body. I was able to feel the movement of my breath and I didn’t know yogi breathing technique at that time.
I was just breathing in and out as I was just trying to relax and breathe in deep from my stomach to my soul.
But one thing I noticed that night. It was like a miracle. It was for the first time I was spiritually alert and present with my inner self. I was able to locate all the pain was in my body.
The next morning for the first time I was aware and it felt good in fact it gave me hope and I was able to pray even for the first water I drank.
That’s how I really started listening to my body at the spiritual level and since that day I started taking note of the food I was eating.
I was able to write them down and paid attention anytime I eat them. I was able to pay attention to the smallest thing that I was overlooking all the time.
So I was able to determine and take note of food that wasn’t good for my body before I went to the hospital to my medical doctor which made their job super easy.
I recommend that you start somewhere. Pray and feel your pain is located in your body and use positive acclamation.
Be positive before you even go to a medical doctor. It will help your body respond faster to treatment from your doctor.
