I want to share with you a simple way to get rid of headaches caused by eating bad food.
I had been a victim of regular headaches because of my battle with the inflammatory disease for over ten years.
I know exactly how you feel. That’s why I want to share with you some tips that I use to get rid of a headache:
#1. Cut off heavy food to get relief from headache
The first thing I do to get rid of headache after eating or as a symptom of the inflammatory disease is to cut off carbs, grains, nuts, seeds, oily foods including fried and processed food.
I also cut off all sugary food including honey maple syrup.
#2. Do water fasting
Water fasting entails drinking one gallon of spring water a day and I do this by drinking water every hour.
I also make sure I drink my organic green juice every two hours. The green juice contains celery, kale, and cucumber.
Sometimes I make smoothies using lots of berries while paying attention to my blood pressure. I do have pears to snack on sometimes as well.
#3. Practice Yogi breathing to ease stress
I also take my yogi breathing seriously because it helps me get rid of stress. Sometimes headaches can be related to stress so I do my meditation but I don’t jump on the trampoline when I’m having a headache.
However, I do body movement with increased stretching. I massage my lymphatic system with peppermint essential oil or lavender.
I do reflexology. I dip my feet into order and massage my feet with peppermint.
Final Thoughts
Usually, after doing all these I feel better by the end of the first day and by the second day I go to the sauna.
I expose myself to the Sun outside at the backyard and I make sure I get a lot of
sleep. If I cannot sleep because of the headache connection I’m just resting and relaxing.
So in two days most of the time, the headache is gone but if the headache persists more than two, three, four, five days I always go see my medical expert.
