Not every time do we see or hear nutrition and wellness coaches tell you their story and struggles they had with consistency.
For me I don’t hold back my struggles, I share it. Why? So that you’d know that whatever I recommend is helpful and achievable.
That’s why today I want to talk about consistency and why it is a very important part of renewing your body and staying healthy.
When I started the self-renewal system I experienced multiple detours because I am human and we live in a world of many temptations.
Over five years I kept rising up and falling down until I realized that I needed to be disciplined and practiced consistency in order to maintain my health.
So when I finally started practicing consistency, I started seeing long-lasting results that have led to the creation of my own personalized healthy lifestyle.
Being consistent will help you go through the entire self-renewal system and without a doubt it will help you cultivate discipline and build confidence. Most importantly it will help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The self-renewal system is a guide to help you stay healthy however, it’s your responsibility to be consistent with the process so you can see results.
