I want to really talk about the subject of bio individuality. Bio individuality is the way we are uniquely made in this world.

We are authentic.

We are unique at the cellular and spiritual levels. Which brings us to the idea that no food philosophy or diet can yield the same result for everyone.

That means you must develop you own diet plan to stay healthy. Here’s how to do it:

Listen to your body

I have been able to apply bio idividuality to my life by listening to my body and finding what works for me.

How do you listen to your body? Pay attention to how your body reacts after eating different foods. Take out those food that give you a headache, diarhea, indigestion and so on.
